For the school's counsellor, who keeps the counselling notes and reads the caseload across the school.

All guides, including the first steps each member of staff takes. The training for this role takes these tasks in sessions.

Record a counselling note

A student's page, "Counselling"

Needs wellbeing.counselling.write.

  1. In "Counselling", press "Record a note".
  2. Choose the "Kind" and the "When", and a "Template" where the school keeps one.
  3. Write the "Note" and press "Record the note".

Read the counselling caseload

The counselling caseload, at /app/wellbeing/counselling

Needs wellbeing.counselling.read.

  1. In a student's Counselling section, press "The counselling caseload".
  2. Read each counselling case the school has, those still open first.
